in Windows and General: PC, Network, and Other Technical Issues
unable to login (User name or password invalid). Get page error trying to visit Arcgames website (An IPsec negotiation failure is preventing the connection). At the moment I'm here because I turned off my firewall.

Any help would be appreciated
