Zone chat/mail not working

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
Seems I cant access zone chat or anything atm. Not a new character either. Also the mail system seems to not work either. Click send and nothing happens. Restarted the game twice to no avail.

    Yep all my custom channels are not available. Also restarted the game.
