Unable to get past Launch Screen

Hello, twice this week I have had this problem. I load into Arc, then select STO. It patches today, I hit engage, it starts the loading screen (with the New Dawn design). It never moves from here.
My info is as follows
Dell Inspiron Laptop Gaming Computer
Operating System
Windows 10 Home 64-Bit
CPU
Intel Core i7
CPU Speed
6700HQ (2.60 GHz)
Number of Cores
Quad-core Processor

When this happened on Tuesday I had to uninstall and reinstall the game. I would like to NOT make that a habit, lol. Please help

Running this is safemode worked tonight. I will update this post if it continues to work tomorrow.
