Loading, Please wait...

Ok when i open up the STO launcher i get a black screen that says "loading, please wait" the only way to bypass this is to either disable/enable my adapter or do an ipconfig release/renew

did the suggested steps for help in sticky and tracert/nettest/pingpath are below.

no new hardware/software changes have been made on system since start of issue. any further information needed or suggestion would be great. thank you
