C store disabled after entering code for free ship

in C-Store, ZEN, and Promotions
I got a email saying i could claim a free tier 6 ship and and level character up.
I entered the code and it said it was accepted. I logged into game and found no ship, and now i cant even open the C store, i have a zen balance so i know that is not the cause. Any help?

    Do you happen to use the Mac client? C-store has been disabled for the Mac version as it is discontinued.​​

    So what do we do with the Zen credits that have been purchased?

    Anything you purchased is still available, you just need to access the game through Windows. If you play the game from a Windows PC, or using a Windows Emulator on your Mac you can log in and everything you purchased for your account will be available.
