Hey Developers!!

You better have an option to upgrade the T5 Odyssey and T5 Scimitar to T6 for those of us who paid for them. Otherwise your going to TRIBBLE off alot of people. I personally paid 60 bucks to get the entire Scimitar set. Judging by the Facebook response, your already on your way.

    Umm many paid a lot of money for tier 5 versions. They have YET to give a tier 6 freebie upgrade. You really think you're just going to get one because you paid money?!

    They didn't do it with any of the other T5s that got the T6 treatment. They're not likely to now.

    They let you pay 700 zen (7 bucks) to upgrade T5 ships to T5-U. Why not the same here?

    New Boff layout + New Stats + New Skin = New Ship = 30 bucks

    Sorry but that is the order of things since early 2410. ;)

    you name 1 single ship that has a tier 5 counterpart, hell example Yamato. Has a tier 5. all that tier 5 can do for MONEY is upgrade to tier 5 U.

    Hell every single HERO ship, you know, the ships that carried the shows on their backs didn't get one. What makes you think you're suddenly going to get one of the game flagships?

    Sorry cupcake, want the tier 6, gonna have to shell out the cash.

    apparently you werent around here for all the other butthurt people who owned t5/t5u ships that got a t6 reskin... you are TRIBBLE out, just like they were... have a nice day

    Hey OP!!

    It's not like your T5 Scimitar has suddenly become useless because there's a T6 variant coming.

    Those 60 bucks were paid for three T5 ships, three T5 ships is what you got. You want a T6 ship? Suprise, you'll need to buy one. The fact that you bought other ships in the past is completely irrelevant.

    While I'd love to get a discount for being an owner of the T5 versions, I'm under no illusion that it will ever happen. When has Cryptic/PWE done anything that would give you the impression that they would? Like the vast majority of companies, loyalty means nothing to them. All they do is chase the NEW! customers.

    Your best bets for a 'discount'...
    1. Stop playing STO for 6 months and wait for a 'come back to STO' freebie ship. ;)
    2. Buy Zen when on sale, then wait for ship sale and buy then. (works out to be ~37% discount off the normal price, essentially) That's the only way I do it. Only buy during sales.

    30 bucks for a flagship is pretty cheap, I am surprised these ships aren't 50 bucks each.
