Renderscale 0.5 not working anymore - client changed

For some of us running windows 10 and Nvidia cards I believe the only way we could log in was to use the /renderscale 0.5 command in the launcher (I had to at least), but now the system throws an error:

Unrecognized command: SuperEsc setUsername [myUserName] renderscale 0.5
"SuperEsc" takes 2 argument(s).
SuperEsc <string> <string>

Any idea how we can now use command line parameters, specifically renderscale?

Ps tried renderscale as both /renderscale and just renderscale and neither works. It is a pain to have to keep selecting safe mode every log in.
Still waiting to be able to use forum titles

    I know this is almost 2 months late but hopefully it'll be able to help you anyway. I'm very sure that you have to write is -renderscale 0.5

    If the - is before the command it'll try to execute it as another command and not chained to the main command. I also have an issue though, I have for months been wondering how to automatically enable the CombatLog on startup. neither CombatLog nor setCombatLog works.
