How do I install STO without ARC?

I used to have STO and liked launching it that way without using ARC. Is there a way I can download that software? Thanks

    Yea. Go to the folder you downloaded it to and locate the Star Trek Online.exe file in <Driveletter>:\Star Trek Online_en
