I have tried accessing support through the Arc client, the website on FireFox, Chrome, as well as Safari on my iPhone and the same problem occurs on EVERYTHING. Too many redirects. Get that fixed ASAP please and thank you.
It is, and they do that on purpose. They've got too, with how a lot of the games are. But it's been like this for a long while, mostly since PWE took over, but it's not like support was all that great before hand.
Hey ARC hurry up and let me access my damn ticket so I can close it. That's the only reason I wanted to get into it. And it was the very NEXT day after I opened it that you closed down the support. Jeez. Come on.
I opened an in-game item related ticket the other day, and in the response they asked me for more information. Obviously, you can't get to the support site to update the ticket, so I replied to the email. That opened up a new ticket, which they closed and told me not to do that. So, I guess that's that then.
