Beginning of a New Future - STILL Broken

I don't know how long it's been, or how many times it's been reported, but this mission on New Romulus STILL does not complete. I figure you guys owe me at least 500 Romulan Marks for all the times I've had to cancel the mission and pick it up again, in the vain hopes that you guys might have actually fixed it. So I'll just ask you this, Cryptic Dev Team: WHEN will it be fixed?

    Hello, I'd like to look into this for you. Would you care to provide me with some more information.

    At what point does the mission break? When you pick it up, at some point in the middle, when you turn it in? I need a little mor information that IT doesn't complete

    Is it something that is supposed to Auto complete? Are you supposed to talk to someone specific first, and the dialogue isn't spawning? What more can you tell me?

    Also the following info would be helpful so that I can try to reproduce this bug.

    The mission is dependant on completing another New Romulan random mission, which you must go and pick up manually from the correct NPC. Once the particular mission is complete, and marks are automatically awarded, the "Beginning of a New Future" should award its rewards, but it still shows as in progress, there is no way of delivering it, and the objective still tells you to complete the required mission. It doesn't recognise that you have completed that mission already.

    It applies to Fed and Rom characters (I imagine KDF too, but I don't have one above lvl 50 to verify), any level above 50, any career. The last time I tried it was alien-gen Federation tactical female character.

    I think it's been broken since S10.

    The way to reproduce (most likely): Pick up "Beginning of a New Future" from Foreman Kylor, complete the required mission from the objective.​​

    I can verify Level 58 Klingon faction character does not register completion of the mission for "Beginning of a New Future". My assignment is (was) the Hwael Ruins. I completed the mission yesterday and it still will not resolve.

    You talk to Foreman Kylor to get the mission, which he then gives you a random area on New Romulus to complete a mission in. You can get the mission from the NPC in that area just fine, and can complete it no problem. It's just that, when you talk to Foreman Kylor to complete Beginning of a New Future, he doesn't acknowledge it, instead saying "are you just going to stand there?"

    Does "Lending a Hand" work? It's the non-repeatable "introduction" that requires you to do the same, but in all five zones. I'm asking because it uses the same mechanic: complete a mission in a zone, to progress to the next objective of another mission.

    That appears to work. "Beginning of a New Future" has not worked since commendation packs were re-worked to automatically open.

    i can confirm this also. on all my alts, from all factions this is broken, been this way for ages now.
    opened multiple bug calls on it and still nothing is done.
    the mission is supposed to automatically update when you finish the mission in the corresponding zone, but no matter how many times you do it it won't progress.
