STOP!

I've had a number of completely unresolved issues. It is infuriating to be treated in such a manner. I urge everyone who has had poor customer service to stop buying zen in December!

Lets send a message to PWE that we want better customer service and really scrooge up their Christmas profits!

    You know, it isn't in the spirit of Christmas to spite someone else for failing to maintain an appropriate standard of business. You know, like having the unresolved issue of back payments on a mortgage, or the unresolved issue of unresolved work at the office, or the unresolved issue of needing more warmth than is most economical to supply.

    I know what you do with your money is your own business, but you really are asking for it when you invoke Dickens to make this point. :P

    OP, I encourage you to do what you feel is necessary... If a business/product is not meeting your expectations, I do encourage you not to spend money or further involve yourself with the product or service. This includes logging in and not spending money... If the product/service doesn't meet your expectations, then don't support it.

    Personally, the few interactions I have had with CS over the years have been positive, maybe its situational.

    I am currently waiting on a reply on a current issue (Embassy Feature projects that don't actually do anything (#9 and #10))... so perhaps my opinion will change...

    Seriously though,

    If you've had good customer service I'm happy for you. Good for PWE CS! And Good for you! I think you're the exception and not the rule.

    I'm reaching out to all the people who have had poor customer service, which I think is most of us who have had issues in the game. The only thing that is going to affect a change in policy is the bottom line.

    If you are planning on giving a gift to yourself or a loved one, please, don't give them the gift of STO or zen is all I'm asking. You could give that special gamer the gift of post apocalyptic underground survivor number four, or two diametrically opposed armed groups with mystical powers wage battle instead.

    The customer service i have received has been nothing short of straight up exemplary. Once my account had been TRIBBLE, it took them a whole week to get back to me and fix everything(plus some actually), but it was during the holiday season and there was a scammer running rampant on the server at the time, so the amount of time it took them was reasonable given their hands were full with all that was going on, that was in a different game but same customer service.

    More recently, in Star Trek here, I sent in a ticket, in under 72 hours they got back to me and fixed the error, no muss no fuss, they just fixed it, just like that. It was such a small error too. I am grateful that they took the time to even look at the issue let alone resolve it.

    OP seems to think that everyone's experiences match OP's own experience and that is just not the case. The world might be a stage but you are not the main character, we are all playing equal roles.

    I will buy just as much Zen in this december, as I have in all the Months since the release of F2P total.
    Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...
    Let me put the rumors to rest: it's definitely still the C-Store (Cryptic Store) It just takes ZEN.

    My morning would have been far grander had this been about "Stop: Hammer Time". Atleast then the only thing I would have to do is move this to Ten Forward.
