I've had a number of completely unresolved issues. It is infuriating to be treated in such a manner. I urge everyone who has had poor customer service to stop buying zen in December!
Lets send a message to PWE that we want better customer service and really scrooge up their Christmas profits!

Personally, the few interactions I have had with CS over the years have been positive, maybe its situational.
I am currently waiting on a reply on a current issue (Embassy Feature projects that don't actually do anything (#9 and #10))... so perhaps my opinion will change...

If you've had good customer service I'm happy for you. Good for PWE CS! And Good for you! I think you're the exception and not the rule.
I'm reaching out to all the people who have had poor customer service, which I think is most of us who have had issues in the game. The only thing that is going to affect a change in policy is the bottom line.
If you are planning on giving a gift to yourself or a loved one, please, don't give them the gift of STO or zen is all I'm asking. You could give that special gamer the gift of post apocalyptic underground survivor number four, or two diametrically opposed armed groups with mystical powers wage battle instead.

You beat me to it... when I saw STOP!... that's the first thing that rang in my mind.
More recently, in Star Trek here, I sent in a ticket, in under 72 hours they got back to me and fixed the error, no muss no fuss, they just fixed it, just like that. It was such a small error too. I am grateful that they took the time to even look at the issue let alone resolve it.
OP seems to think that everyone's experiences match OP's own experience and that is just not the case. The world might be a stage but you are not the main character, we are all playing equal roles.
