Login error_v2 when Trying to login

Hi there today when I tried to login into the game I ran into some problems. Twice with my main Tactical toon every time I tried to login the game would cut back to the login screen saying there was a Login error_v2. I've double checked my password and other details and everything is fine so any clues as to what is going on?

    Yea, I got kicked out of a mission and when I logged in and it tried to pull up the character list, I got the same error.

    For me it happens every time I crash doing map change - can't login.
    Again, crashing while loading maps are also a new thing for me.
    Normally STO is rock solid and never crash for me.

    I have win10 with the November update and latest Nvidia drivers (GTX 970)

    I am getting the same. I am on the char list and when I select a char I get the same error

    In the same boat people. It takes forever to get past the unstable star intro screen, it takes forever for my characters to load, then it takes forever to skip to the LCARS screen, and then when the loading is almost done, login error V2 back to the start screen.

    I used safe mode and it has worked so far.....

    I cant get in the game. server keeps timing out.

    I can't even load the game's patching phase before entering the character screen, just last night about 7:54pm was the last night it worked on safe mode. Any ideas on why it keeps timing out?

    Not working at all now just crashed changing maps and now nothing.

    I have gotten this error after every patch since LoR launched. After every patch I sit on the loading screen for about 5 mimutes before I get booted back to the login screen with the error. After that it works fine, but it occurs after EVERY patch.
