got a code for captain upgrade promotion in a email tryed to use it but doest seam to work

    My appeared to have accepted the code, but I don't know where to pick up the stuff. Don't see it in my inventory.

    Had this problem at first myself. What I thought was a capital I turned out to be a lower case L. Be sure that you're putting in the right characters. That being said, I still don't see the new ship in the mail or inventory yet. May just be a bit slow, time will tell.

    My code redeemed ok, but I'm not sure where to find the ship & items... Seemed like a great chance to get back into the game but I'm stumped! :o

    My problem would be that I copy/pasted the code from the email, and it's still not a valid code.

    I was able to use it, and the items are in the C store promotion tab, but I unlocked on my alt account. How do I get a code for my main account?

    I redeemed it and went to promotions tab in game. Apparently its restricted and I cant use it. Do you have to subb or something to get it?

    That did it for me. I can't claim the ship just yet (not vice admiral), but I was able to claim the captain's upgrade.

    I also got an "Invalid code" prompt. Did they just send out a bunch of bad codes?

    I got a code for an account I didn't every really play on, but not the one that has all my existing ships, characters, and unlocks. It wouldn't let me apply the code to my preferred account.
