the game keep crashing

When I clicked anywhere at the launcher it keeps saying "oops your cryptic launcher has crashed", I didn't use teamviewer what is the problem? Please help !!!

    My game does this to. I had to log in 6 times this morning because it crashed the first five times

    Having the same issue. Sent in a ticket. Still no response. No response here either. I don't think Arc or Perfectworld actually looks at the forums. You should put in a ticket also.

    Been crashing repeatedly during the Iconian fight in Sunrise. I'm sending what appears to be a 1.2gb crash report lol

    I've been sending multiple crash reports as well. I'm in the Mirror Universe fight and everytime I engage the enemy, the game crashes... I've deleted and reinstalled the game already once, and STILL am crashing. I'm going to try to put in a ticket for it, but I'm hoping I can try to reinstall it again to see if that fixes it...

    Little bit of information for ya all. I have been here since beta.....Much of this crashing is due to the game itself and new content.

    A regular thing we all must go through is NEW CONTENT...lag, CTD and lots of bug issues. It has been like this since it went FTP.

    Some will claim it is your personal computer and to some small extent that is possible.I have crashed after every new season and my system is not to fault. I just wait and in time they fix it.....then /gulp new content is launched and they foul the waters again.

    Today we fight the GAULS......monstrous and HAIRY beyond reason.

    A lot of trying anything and everything I can think of, and I got this. Force verify files, run safe mode, run proxy server (US), make sure full screen is NOT selected and maybe, just maybe, you will get into the game without it crashing as soon as the map loads. Once in the game, do NOT attempt to change the display, at least for me, any display changes result in a game crash. You can drag the edge of the window to make it a bit larger, however if you drag it all the out, basically making it full screen width, it will crash.
    Ok, now that you are actually in the game, for those of you crashing while fighting, my testing has shown that, so far, ANY use of ANY BOFF or tray skills results in an immediate game crash. Tactical team while fighting, crash. Engineering team while not fighting, crash. Suliban ship while out in sector space, crash. Activating my environmental suit on ground, crash.

    So, if you have good stuff/skills and can fight your way through missions without using any skills etc, you are good to go. If not (like me), you are not going to be able to play any of the missions and get the rewards that are only available for the next few days. Yeah, sucks to be us.

    Ok, more testing done. So far it appears as though using BOFF/tray skills is OK, as long as you do NOT use your mouse and click on them. No crash using keyboard to activate, immediate crash when using the mouse. So, fat fingered guys like me, playing on a laptop, are gonna have a really difficult time until they get this sh.... errr, stuff fixed, but at least the game is playable

    any one getting vid crashes I loaded in patch about a year ago and still get vid crash. didnt have the prob befor the install hoping that they would fix there problems but seams they still suck at it..... was here since bata and have to sigh every time ive loaded game

    Most of the crashing for me, seems to be from total physical memory usage.

    In other words, the client consumes so much physical memory, that it eventually just consumes itself causing a client crash.

    A virtual physical memory hog, that eats up every bit of resource physical memory it can, the longer it runs!

    This is how it acts for myself, as I haven't experienced any other form of crash but once in blue moon, when some other related issue pops up!

    This is related for myself, on a 32bit O.S. of W7, people with linux & mac I believe, have it way worse!!!
