Help settle an argument. What species is the female character on the "Season 11: New Dawn Giveaway" picture? Brother says Tellarite, but I say mix. Half Tellarite/Half Human.
Free inventory slots are an amazing freebie. Great job Cryptic!!! I look forward to each days giveaway even if I have the item you are giving away. This is great for the player base and a great way to start a new season of Star Trek Online.
I do not want to sound greedy but my wish list for a free giveaway would be for one day of the giveaway to let anyone claim any/all the Anniversary or Winter/Summer Event ships you do not currently have access too. I know this is not that a great giveaway for those who have been around and have these ships but it would be amazing for those players who might want to use these ships but will at this point never be able to acquire them. I know some are lobi ships now so it may not be a perfect suggestion as those who used real money or took the time to grind for keys to open lockboxes would be pretty angry over this giveaway. But I could also say I have on more then one occasion purchased a new ship from the C-Store and then the next day there was a ship sale so I missed out on a deal. It is a roll of the dice when you want to buy something it could go on sale or be free the very next day.
I just really want to have access to the Advanced Obelisk Carrier, Solanae Dyson Science Destroyer (all factions) and the Risian Corvette (in my case the ships I do not have access to from the event tab). With the addition of the admiralty system this would be an amazing giveaway so new players or those who were not able to get these ships originally a chance to have some great ships for this new content.

True alters don't have a "main". Account wide unlocks for all unique event rewards!!
It took me half an hour to get thru all my characters but it was worth it.
Haha, I was about the same. Took the opportunity to claim the hover board on them all too just in case the dev blog was wrong about it being an account wide unlock as Trendy still hasn't confirmed that.

Or could be like me and be in Taiwan where each time I come it varies as to whether or not Cryptic/PWI are allowing access from the "rogue province" of China. When Cryptic was first acquired by PWI I could not even access the STO website, then last few trips no issues logging in to play. Got here a couple nights back, and get "you may not log in from this IP address" which is the exact same one as last year (my wife's apartment here) when I had zero issues.
Great giveaways! My thirteen characters are very grateful for the extra slots to store all their junk! Oh and they also love their new hoverboards! I'm pretty sure they are all on Risa now, racing each over, while I'm spending the weekend wine tasting.

When I think about everything we've been through together,
maybe it's not the destination that matters, maybe it's the journey,
and if that journey takes a little longer,
so we can do something we all believe in,
I can't think of any place I'd rather be or any people I'd rather be with.
I need to point out one thing. The blog specifically stated "Today’s first giveaway item is Bonus Inventory Slots! Unlock them once per character to get 12 new inventory slots."
But yet, I was only able to claim it for ONE character.

I was able to get it on all my toons. But since it's a purchasable item with a limit to how many you can get total, if you've already max'd your inventory slots on a toon, that toon won't be able to get it.
Thanks for the free inventory slots! I really needed them on 5 of my 6 characters. I can't wait to see what else is a part of this giveaway event! I really hope it's ship upgrade tokens. I have a few T5 ships I haven't been able to upgrade and I'd really like to fly them and not feel underpowered.
