Major issue: Launcher crashed when I click the "login" button

When I try to login from the launcher, it immediatly crashed when I click "login". I then get: " Oops! Your Cryptic Application has crashed. to help us out... etc"

I have tried reinstalling the game, launching as administrator. But it keeps crashing..

Could you help me with this problem?

    Do you play any other online games that use a launcher? if so try them and see f they work

    it could be a system/operating system issue if the problem occurs with similar games

    I get this aswell, have had the same problem for a week.. Submitted several tickets, read forums and tried the "solutions" available there.. No luck :(

    please post a dxdiag report on your system so we have something to work with. post it over several post if you need to.

    added note: programs like teamviewer will prevent the game from working. anywhere from blocked ports to crashing the game.

    When i click anywhere at the launcher suddenly it says "oops your cryptic application has crashed", what should i do? please help !!!!
