JavaScript Error

in Windows and General: PC, Network, and Other Technical Issues
This is the message I get after clicking "Play" in the ARC interface. The launcher crashes.

Fatal Error: JavaScript exception: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'toLowerCase' of undefined

Technical Details:
LauncherAPI.showShards({"selectedIndex":0,"shards":[{"shardIndex":0,"name":"Holodeck","nameInternal":"Holodeck","category":"Live","productDisplay":"Star Trek Online","ProductInternal":"Startrek","cluster":","expectedDown":0}]})

    same problem here, yesterday all was fine now i try to log in and after the login button it crash and comes the error, i have bad feelings about uninstall and reinstall...
    win10 64bit

    Great I was playing with my Husband but now I can't do so Its time to fix this issue or atleast responed to this post.
