STO - gameclient.exe not responding

Unable to play for over a week now due to program will not load and start. The message I get is gameclient.exe not responding. Wiped out program and reloaded but, still the same problem. What to do next???

Was on vacation but the same issue appeared after the July 23 patch it seems. We are lost.

the latest patch still has not fix my problem. I am still unable to get into the game.

after a 2 year leave of absance I see criptic and perfectworld are still not able to keep the game running sigh.

GREAT now i'm among the ranks of people who can't play the game they've spent hundreds of hours and hard earned dosh on. Worked fine before work. 6 hours later and now it doesn't work.

I dont understand. They do anything to upgrade the game but they cant just update the operating system. If they just do that then im sure there will barely be any problems. Ive been having the same problem with all of you. I guess they just dont care anymore
