I know there are a lot of poll type of posts out there and frankly some are good and some are well not so good and others are well beyond description. This poll is a bit different though it deals with content. More specifically content for the Romulans and Klingons.

Allow the player o pick the Romulans as either Fed alligned, Klingon Aliigned, or to reamin with the Republic as a seperate power.

Personally dont really care about seperation but i love more content of ships and material for the Klinons and Romulans

    Yes!! what we need!! another poll!!!

    All of this choices have been discussed by the Devs. No need to poll about it. Plus, as these same items have their own threads, it is against the forum policy to create another thread about it within 30 days.

    Isn't plasmanugget the same guy who stated on the forums he doesn't play anymore and over a week ago posted a thread about giving away his account? I ask b/c if he isn't playing anymore, how does his input help the game?

    Well forgetting plasmanugget and speaking generally, players who leave a game are great sources of input to devs. If a player leaves a game, the best thing for the developer to do is ask why, and ask what would make them come back. 'Course, I don't think our lead dev cares about feedback either way unless it's the feedback he wants to hear.

    About a third of the questions say anything about the ships...

    Do I want more ships? Sure... don't we all? But they're gonna look the same as stuff that's already available...
    Do I want the Romulans to be their own faction, separate from the Feds or Klinks? Sure... Will Cryptic do it? Nope...

    you missed an option... add ships only to klingon and romulan AND separate the romulans from the BS alignment system.

    your option to "Add new ships and seperate the Romulan Republic from the Klingons or Federation" leaves it open to adding more fed ships

    It really wasn't an option in the poll, But I would love , absolutely love it, if Roms could get T5 access to feds and KDF now that we are waist deep into T6. Even the level 40 T5's I'd be happy with.

    I think more 3-packs - one ship per faction type - would be neat. That means every faction gets something new to play with, and the "deal" nature of the 3-pack means that some people will choose to pay 3 for the price of 2 rather than 1 for the price of one, which means it might be good business for Cryptic and they keep adding ships to Romulans and KDF.


    But I am not sure this can really count as content. Okay, in some way ships are content, but the real content to me was always the missions, particularly the story missions. But it seems STO is on a good path there, except of course that we will probably never see one-faction only missions again. But if we can't have that, I would like to see at least a bit more variations by faction in the shared missions. This still often leaves something to be desired.

    I don't care about new ships...I love my favourite! I'd just like to be able to tart it up, add new gear, abilities and generally just rock what I've got :-)

    why, i would like new ships? to do again and again and again the same stfs!!!, no thx, my money stays in my pocket, or used for more interesting stuff.
