Um, I'm not seeing the update. The OP still looks like it's linking to sto-forum.whatever and "The Silence Ends" isn't listed.
If it's an LC or a ULC I haven't gotten to it yet. I've only added the standalone story threads I've found by sifting through our "Discussions" histories. I'll be digging through the LCs as well but it will take a while.

EDIT: Some of them may have titles in the post...if we're lucky. I can't remember which of the LC's are that way and which are not. It might get better once Google has indexed the new forums.
