    I use it to make big pictures in to small pics perfect for avatars. I've been using it at 200 pixils just to keep them kosher.

    btw - Does any one know why I cannot post a pic to threads? Or have I simply been in the wrong threads? :confused:

    pic posting is restricted to the art section of the forum. otherwise people would post every ... they see or not like.

    It's a tradeoff. They spend money on STO, but you can't post pictures in the forums. In CO, you can post pictures in the forums, but they don't spend money on the game. <shrug> Ya pays yer nickel and ya takes yer chances, ya know?

    Actually I didn't. Until... 'bout... ...a week ago? Think that's right.

    See, I'm a huge Treky, since the original series but loved them all the way through STE. Even read many of the ST novels when there was not new Trek to watch. But since the new Trek's popularity is the reason for this game, it gave me a reason to... ...worry.... ...what may have become of my beloved Star Trek.

    So far it's been pretty good, but I'm still pretty green to the game and still experimenting with the mechanics. I thought Ship Combat was going to be the hardest part, but that seems easier than finding the right skills and resources for ground battles that do not end in dying 3 or 4 times.

    Hey, Jon's here, too. I wonder how many other CO Forumites are playing STO?

    About the pics, not complaining, just confused (as always).

    Is there an Amusing Moment Picture thread here? I thought CO had some funky DEV mechanics worthy of sharing. NPCs can jump around on the furniture like a child in need of a Ritalin dose when your Captain is not in just the right spot in a room. That's LOL funny stuff, man. :)

    Well, I could give a you a few pointers.

    #1 is that you need good armor.

    Well, gear is important in general but good armor is essential for ground.

    Also... skills that work based on disabling your opponent are rather weak. They CAN be useful, but damaging skills are usually more useful. Heals/buffs are always good. You can just kill enemies with your weapon. Damaging skills are great, but defense is nice too.

    Well, my profile page shows my profile pic image (Which is a GIF) fully in motion..... That's what I was talking about.... But it does not seem to work in threads/comments yet......
