Probably not, the report was made in a timeline that was almost certainly negated at some point before Voyager got temporal shielding (and if not then, then when the shields were lowered for the destruction of the Weapon Ship).
I do find it interesting that Cryptic went from refugee populations to extinction from Delta Rising to a bit into Iconian War.
no, that was the prime timeline, the report she made.
Perhaps the item's value is not that as a weapon or piece of advanced technology. Perhaps it is a source of information that will lead us to what we need to come to "terms" with the Iconians. I.E. location of a super weapon, ship ect or maybe the location of a second preserver library or what the preserver was trying to give us when they were killed. Either way Ferenginar should be turned to a nice little ball of glass just because it would raise morale on all sides of the alliance.
It will probably be a ground ability and/or a ground device, like the Imperial Romulan stuff, if not a unique shield that's part of a lockbox/lobi/rep set (like the Reman shield available from one of the missions, or the Solanae set).

I highly doubt that because Janway herd the name and instead of bells ringing in her head and wondering why that name sounded familiar she continued ahead clueless.
A freighter load of brains we can give to the Klingons. If "House Pegh" is the best they can do, they need 'em.

I always thought it wasn't that the Krenim could travel through time, just that they had developed "deadly weapons based on temporal science". We never got a chance to see if the race actually did travel through time, equivalent to the Iconians travelling through space in their gateways.
Annorax was using his race's knowledge of temporal science to build the weapon ship, but maybe any member of the Imperium could have done that and it was just the natural progress, like an atomic bomb. I'm thinking the artefact will be weapons technology that the Iconians have no defence against.
It could be that by manipulating the timeline, the Krenim always had the potential to become the most dominant race in the galaxy, because they could just eradicate their enemies and expand the Imperium across the entire Milky Way. Interesting to find out and I just hope Cryptic give it as much thought as we are speculation.
We conveniently saw two Krenim ships in Voyager, plus it'll leave the temporal weapon ship available for an R&D/doff pack promotion later. Which will come with an "erase from history" console beam that's actually just your typical lance weapon combined with the omega torpedo's disintegration effect.
And chroniton torpedoes/beam weapons with +damage against Iconians.
And Krenim doffs that do...something. And traits...and kit modules...that do something.
Then when we beat the Iconians, the Krenim come back and are mighty pissed off that we've taken all their stuff...instant plot just add water.
A bottle of Malkothian Wine? (Annorax had a second bottle!)
Beta, LTA, CE, Multiple preorder Versions, all Addon Packs except AoY, nearly all KDF/Rom and ~50% of all Fedships, over 25 LockboxShips, Endurer of Atari's "Year of Hell", but...
Since the Benthan and Hazari consoles are interchangeable (despite being totally separate races) do you think that consoles from the Wells/Mobius and any from the Krenim ships will be too?
The only thing useful from a fallen Krenim Imperium, might be that P.A.D.D. of temporal incursion calculations. Which Annorax was working on at the conclusion of Year of Hell. The evidenced lack of emotional drive and ambition of Annorax wasn't intense enough to put the calculations into use this time around.
Remember the Krenim can use their temporal technology to store things outside of time- like the Weapon Ship for instance.
I wouldn't be surprised if they pulled a Vaadwaur/Gallifrey and moved one of their worlds outside of time- and the artifact is the linker beacon to bring it back.

My thoughts exactly.
Either way, the Krenim aren't really gone. Nothing that important ever happens completely off screen.
I think the Krenim lockbox is the most likely result. As others have said, there were multiple ships seen to fit the lockbox grand prize and Lobi ship scheme. Chroniton weapons of some type are also highly likely.
They have been hinting at this with the Delta Recruit rewards being temporal-based (temporal insight ship trait, paradox corrector ground device, and temporal negotiator ship device). Obviously, at some point, we figured out time manipulation was the path to victory.
That being said, I really hope there is an FE around what happened to the Krenim in the current timeline. As far as we know, Annorax never built his temporal ship to win their war 200 years ago. But since they were still around and warned Voyager about "contested space" the war may never have ended. The Vaadwaur appear to have wiped them out, despite earlier mentions of refugees. My point is just that we don't really know what happened to their Imperium, to Annorax, or how advanced their technology became.
In my opinion, the threat of the Krenim was always due to their master of the "time" part of the space-time continuum. The Iconians mastered the "space" part by using their portals to jump anywhere, but cannot pass through the 4th dimension. The Krenim, however, while never traveling through time on screen, can look into multiple timelines (by their calculations), exist outside them (through shielding), push objects outside time (the weapon ship), and use time-phasing in conventional weapons (chroniton torps). Their tech deals almost exclusively with phasing in and out of the "time" part of the space-time continuum. They don't just travel THROUGH time, they travel OUT of time.
Where am I going with all this? I, like others, hope the artifact we find is the lock of hair that vanished. I hope it somehow got "pushed" into our timeline before the temporal ship was destroyed. From that, we discover how to duplicate some of their technology. No idea how this will end the war, but hopefully it is high on science fiction (like The Martian), and low on what was that supposed to accomplish (like House Pegh).
What we don't yet realize is the ancient ones created another race at good beings: the EMOTICONIANS! Just when all seems lost, they will arrive in their giant yellow happy face Dyson spheres to save the galaxy!

Is there something in Wisconsin during the 1970s that will help us in the war against the Iconians?

And here's we have the correct answer.
