Why do I get a feeling it's a piece of the Weapon Ship? Probably the Temporal Core or a piece of the temporal beam it shot at planets, colonies, and ships.
This would also be a good time for Admiral Tuvok to acknowledge Kes' report from "Before and After".
The only thing useful from a fallen Krenim Imperium, might be that P.A.D.D. of temporal incursion calculations. Which Annorax was working on at the conclusion of Year of Hell. The evidenced lack of emotional drive and ambition of Annorax wasn't intense enough to put the calculations into use this time around.
its a temporal portal to bring you back to the first iconians and shoot them out into space, thus ending the war before it began and altering the history of all known space fundamentally resulting in the tribble being the dominant form of life in the universe
A reason for us to go BACK to the DQ and take back the Krenim home world (I call it Talverah) then track down a Vaadwaur ship for a thing that is important to the artifact. But the thing is transfered to Eldex's ship so then we track down Eldex where in the end we get to shoot the TRIBBLE where we then learn he got infected by those creepy-TRIBBLE bugs but we got the thing that will continue to help us through the storyline. *sigh*

The Tox Uthat, to be used to blow up the sphere near Iconia with all the Heralds in it. (Never mind that similar technology has already been around since Star Trek Generations.)
Of course, in "our" time the Tox Uthat was last seen on... wait for it... Risa.
Yep! That little pyramid of hair somehow became the only remnant of the timeline where the temporal weapon ship existed. We'll have to recalibrate the subspace modulator in Voyager's science lab to determine the temporal flux variation of the artifact, which we will then use to modify the deflector array to generate a localized temporal incursion that will enable contact with Annorax, who we will have to convince to help us fight the Iconicans!
After only 4 months, 19 weeks, 134 days, it's here. It's real!
I'm no expert, but since the McDonalds mascot is a clown, maybe we will get that clownish fear thing from that voyager episode with the circus matrix that killed people via fear based heart attacks. It could be a hologram. I'm just asking questions.

I'm going to say the blueprints to Annorax's timeship/temporal weapon. According to the Guardian in the Delta Recruit version of "City on the Edge of Never", the Iconians cannot travel in time - something that between slingshots (there's a whole system set aside and redacted solely as a secret place to do those!), the Guardian itself, Devidian and Borg temporal incursions, etc, the races of the Milky Way do quite frequently - therefore they need some kind of counter-weapon to stop us...
Besides, if nothing else, they'd want to keep it out of our hands so we can't build (rebuild?) the weapon and use it to wipe the Herald Sphere or even Iconia itself out of existance and them with it... and let's face it, that pointy-eared cliche from B-grade mad scientist movies usually seen mocked on Mystery Science Theater 3000 (henceforth to be referred to as 'Researcher A'dranna') would do it, build and use the weapon if she had access to the plans no matter the potential side effects...
Her 'Tale of the War', this one, that makes two so far that have possible connections to time travel or temporal warfare...
"If you can't take a little bloody nose, maybe you ought to go back home and crawl under your bed. It's not safe out here. It's wondrous, with treasures to satiate desires both subtle and gross; but it's not for the timid." -- Q, TNG: "Q-Who?"
^Words that every player should keep in mind, especially whenever there's a problem with the game...
Probably not, the report was made in a timeline that was almost certainly negated at some point before Voyager got temporal shielding (and if not then, then when the shields were lowered for the destruction of the Weapon Ship).
I do find it interesting that Cryptic went from refugee populations to extinction from Delta Rising to a bit into Iconian War.

That would be nice wouldn't it? We could give it to M'Tara and her glowing heart would grow three Iconian heart units.
Then we could go on adventures, and get icecream, then go make sandcastles on Risa....Or none of that because we are stuck in a war.
That's all I have to say about that.

Can I get the toy? I really want the toy. Pleeeeease?
Girl or boy?
(Always pick the boys' toy. The girls' toys are always something that isn't actually a toy, like stationary or a comb and mirror...)
You just won...everything.

Nothing can kill the Grimace.

According to Voyager, they had a very brief encounter with one ship and left soon after that.
Most of the info would have come from 7 of 9 if the Borg had any knowledge of them or maybe Neelix .
