retrieving list of characters ... suddenly no char list available.

please get the hamsters up again. i cant log in to the char list. thx i haff some contraband duty tasks to take and re-assign. thx.

    I've got a similar problem. Mine times out when it's trying to retrieve characters.

    Just had it happen to me too. Error during transfer and then I couldn't get in due to error getting character list

    I was timing out on retrieving characters and now I get the server is not available at this time. I think it is time to shut down the star trek universe for a few days and fix it. Properly.

    How about some feedback from cryptic about the problems. you'd be surprised how much nicer your customers are when they know what is going on and that you are acknowleding problems and fixing them

    Game crashes, then retrieving list of characters and disconect.
