Near constant disconnects

I'm getting booted out of the game on a near constant basis. It seems to hapen most often on the sector map screen and at hubs like New Romulus Command. Not so very fun.

Doing a tracert showed no problems.

The nettest.exe app timed out.

Both the launcher and STO are set to run as administrators.
