Crashing whenever I change characers

I get a crash about half the time when I change characters. Stop it, stop it as soon as you possibly can. I cannot tell you any more than that. I am a user not a developer. I have no interest in finding out why or how, I have a full time job of my own. Fix it before I get entirely frustrated with it and dump your game. The clock is ticking. I have no tolerance for inconveniences as a customer, nor should I. This started last night and has done it rather frequently. Nothing has changed on my end for many weeks. I even extended you some courtesy and ran the verification on the client after rebooting after the crash, I even submitted the error note.

If you really need to know and I am sure you do not;

Win 7 hone premium
Gigabyte motherboard
Intel core i5-2500
8 gig DDR3 RAM
Nvidia GeForce GT 740

I also want to note here that this game is the only thing on this particular hard drive aside from my OS.

    nothing at all has been fixed about the constant CTD's with this latest patch . You still have it on certain maps and just about every other time you switch characters

    Today is a sad day i am living star trek after few years why?
    I cant play on my main character becouse when i go down on any ground instance and log off, when i try too log on again it will crash to desktop i cant write a ticket every 5 min and ask support to change my instanse
    I have hope today patch will fix it but it didnt
    i have a live time subscription and today is a sad day for me :(

    It just went from 50% of the time to every time and without exception.

    I am going to uninstall the game and re-install it. this is completely intolerable.

    I'm having the same issue. I can only log on to one took, and even there I can't do anything.

    I'm thinking I'm moving on too. At least for a little while then will be back around season 11 to see if anything has improved. But sadly I just can't play anymore.
