mute/unmute.

greetings..

as a FA of the space wolves.. :P

I had to mute a member for reasons...!

now after 30 days I've unmuted him..

he cant chat in fleet/stf forums..

I don't know what too do. he done the crime and served his time..

I cant unmute him..

now I the bad guy..

    I am just verifying that another player had the same problem last year. I suggest that you have that player delete the chat channel on their end, then have him/her add that channel afresh. Perhaps the problem will reset itself?

    P.S. If that does not work, have the player restart STO before re-adding the chat channel. Sometimes that gives an added reset.
