connection to the login server timed out

Well this problem is really starting to get me down. After signing in with the launcher, the follwoing error message will continually appear

connection to the login server timed out

Im sick of it. It will take repeated attempts of re entering my password to finally connect. 5+ minutes of doing this on a daily basis is redonkolous.

Support ticket gets back to me with 'its not our problem, your ISP will not connect with us......: end quote. This happened after some patch a few months back and has only gotten worse.

Did some digging only to discover some major fix that only a network scientist could work out.

Comon Cryptic, make some sense of this nonsense so you can continue to get paid. Take my money, but please fix this so you can! Otherwise we will drift away and vanish like a TRIBBLE in the wind.

    Way way out of control anymore. After actually being able to sign in you play 15 minutes and the server drops you. Twice tonight. I am putting STO away for a long time now. We will see if there is any improvement after a month or so.
