cant log in after arc update..

After arc update i cant log in ,geting message to many attempts,try later...

STo and neverwinter..

changed mi password same thing..

Anyone>>???? thx

    yeah don't use arc.

    getting same prob here.

    both for STO and Neverwinter. Have tried both ARC, Steam, and individual launchers.

    Just seems to timeout.

    I think the server might be down. Could also be ISP, but if you are having problems as well server seems more liekly.

    Also having this issue. Tried repair several times and even went to the application executable. Just sits there and times out. Cryptic Arc autoupdate goes to 5 times trying then says for me to check my internet connection (which i know works because it does connect to my account and i'm typing here.)

    I am Experiencing this Timeout issue too. I Am in Brisbane Australia,so, this has to be a server outage?

    Guys, the game is down for 4.5 hours (at least) due to maintenance. We are just over 1.5 hours into the process.


    Soooooooooo...at least another 3 hours to go.

    Yeah, but usually I can get to the log-in screen and see when the server is down. Oh well, at least we have a good explanation :)
