Constant Lag, Server not responding

Since about 2pm uk time they has been constant lag and server not repsonding issues.

ISP is virginmedia 150MB download 10MB upload. Speedtest.net shows all is ok, i have reset my router 3 times.
reset all network adpaters in my pc.

    I'm still trying to get through the Tutorial and I've been trying to playt it for 4+ hours. All I'm getting is "Server not responding" until I get logged out.

    Iy's great to add new content but WE CAN'T PLAY IT! Fix the problem.

    Yep, same for me and probably a lot of other people mostly in EU but also some in the US it seems. Until someone change the routing to the sto server nothing will happen and cryptic or PWE have the best chances for that, not tiny little customers.

    Thx for the delta event which i cant play thx to your ****ty connection. I cant wait to buy all your stuff and get a lifetime sub because its so awesome not be able to use it.... nice businessplan cryptic.

    Im having the same issue here in mid US, first it was only my main then my 2nd best character..

    I went to the bank and paid some bills and came back a few hours later and logged in my main, i thought all was well untill 30 seconds later when i transwarped to earth space dock and insta time out.

    WHY is this thread not bigger?!?!? is what i'm wondering.. shirley there has to be tons of people having these same issues...

    It lets me log into character selection screen, when i select the toon and log in it has the pop up saying map not found or whatever.. with an option to choose normal login or safe, i've trid both and both go to the loading screen only to crash with red "server not responding"

    hope this gets sorted soon...

    I'm experiencing a similar issue. Trying to do the KDF Story on a new Delta Character and I keep getting "Timed out connecting to game server" when I try to load up a Mission.

    Its a very recent issue, I'm assuming its because of all the Delta Recruit stuff possibly bringing people back causing server stress... Has it been addressed/acknowledged yet?

    I don't think so, i've searched all over the forums looking... I think their on easter vacation or something...

    "Unable to authenticate: Connection to the account server timed out". Been getting this all day. Played just fine last night.
