I knew this was coming and prepared for it but now I gotta make time between my Delta Recruit(s) this weekend and driving tanks on the moon when not being artillery in WoT on my 360. Curses! We need more time in the day to play games. :P

So US army, not marines. If it was marines they'd be coming out of Annapolis.
True enough but it is more the use of the sword and partial use of what I believe is still a currently in use ad slogan for the USMC.
You have two months (may 20-ish) to make your recruit and finish the tutorial.
At least the left out "the brave" since we are talking about the Federation here.
My point was more that there's nothing "all of a sudden" about it. They were trained by the US military academies in the TV show.

No worries, its all good. I know a lot of people have been talking about event fatigue lately.
Is there anyway we could get some idea of roughly how many missions it will take to fill this meter? Perhaps I'm just OCD but I've always been fond of tangible numbers.

Yep.... Same old bugs here as well. Question: What faction did you pick, as it seems that roms and klings crash more often? Anyway, it's just your normal craptic rollout going live. By september, there will still be most of the same old bugs without a work around.
Same thing here, even with waiting it will not start. I picked Federation.

You do realise that this is post "first contact" after several wars with nuclear exchanges, to include the eugenics war. Any of those scenarios would've hit D.C. with a 200 mt high yeeld weapon that would've certainly wiped out nearby Annapolis and the U.S.N.A.
i think he is referring to the tag line the few the proud. and the poster with the blade dividing the photon from dress to combat. both are copy paste from the Corps. but its cryptic should we expect anything more?
Edit: Needed to enter combat, when exited combat I was able to contact Tovan
Under "Regular Play" the "New Delta Recruit" button is greyed out and mouseover says;
"You've filled all of your character slots.
To buy more, choose the buy slots option in the selection menu."
Under "Create Content" I *can* click "New Delta Recruit" but... well why would I bother if they can't take part in the event?
So, am I missing something really obvious here, or am I just SOL?
