    Hey ya'll! So to get a little more data on what's going on, I'd love if you could do any traceroutes to help our investigations.

    • For Windows, hit the start button
    • Where it says Search All Files and Programs, type CMD and press ENTER
    • The first result should be cmd.exe
    • Right-click on cmd.exe and select Run as Administrator
    • A black, command-prompt window should appear
    • From here type the following command:
    • tracert patchserver.crypticstudios.com

    If you can copy over what you have, it will greatly help us figure this out. I have engineers monitoring this thread for potential results.

    I just mean sketchy according to malwarebytes. If I knew it was PW, I would have excluded it from being blocked. If PW is demanding packets that get flagged by anti-malware, it would be nice if they TOLD us we need to exclude it...
