I filed a ticket 32 DAYS AGO. I cant seem to get any sort of response whatsoever. I had over 380k unrefined dilithium ore. I took a break from STO for about 2 weeks. When I got on one day, all of my dilithium ore was gone. I just purchsed lifetime membership, and I am enfuriated that I cant get any sort of response. Im almost to the point of cancelling the payment through my credit card company.

Can you read? I filed a ticket over 30 days ago. I have not gotten any response except for the stupid automated one that gets sent a few seconds after you make the ticket. Ive filed 2 tickets in game, and put up to different threads seeking help. Im getting tired of being ignored on this issue and getting to the point of a chargeback.

Okay I get you're mad but as grouchy said, this is a peer to peer support forum. You will get no response from Billing (and since this is an account issue even on the tech forums they won't be able to assist). Tickets tend to close out after 14 days of inactivity (IIRC) so you might want to check that the ticket is still open or that your spam filter didn't eat up any replies. If it still is open, reply to the ticket asking for an update as no one here can actually assist you

Is it possible you got all that unrefined dil from an exploit several monrhs back? It could be that they just caught up with you. If not, then yeah, id be upset too.
If you're sitting on that much unrefined dilithium then you're obviously up to no good or exploiting the system. You should've refined it and bought zen while waiting for the devs to manipulate the market so you could lose it all.
No it wasnt an exploit. I was simply saving up for when our fleet stuff got opened. I was doing my rich claims every 20 hours, and doing stf's constantly. Not to mention Dil from other missions. I was on STO for 10-15 hours a day. Ive posted a total of 3 tickets in game, no response from either of them. No, my spam filter didnt pick it up, I have recieved responses to my other tickets in the past through my email just fine. Ive replied to my open tickets via the support page, and even filed a ticket through the tech department that was posted in this thread. Still no response on ANY fronts whatsoever.
Then re-open a new ticket, be as calm as possible while writing it, and after you send it in, be patient.

Last month I lost nearly all my mail, which was chocked full of saved Boffs, Doffs, food, tribbles, devices, and ...mail, and I could no longer save attachments (Boffs and Doffs)
I submitted a ticket, and nearly gave up after 2 weeks or so reading on the forums about how the were going to muck with mail restrictions and such and figured that I was screwed, then suddenly it was all back (restored), so the system sometimes works, keep trying, that much dilithium is worth fighting for especially after working so hard to get it.
Sorry everyone was so bitchy with you, you were simply asking for some advice or explanation from 'us' of other ways to handle your issue since filing the ticket didn't seem to be working...exactly like I felt when I lost my mail right after 'donating' $50 more to Cryptic to buy some virtual Zen (on top of my Lifetime $$$)

The support department didn't get your stuff back for you, a patch to correct a patch that ate your attachments was released, and yours and everyone elses stuff magically reappeared.

I lost in 3 days / day disappear 15000-16000 dilithium , so my next move is not to play anymore till I get an answer , i have the impression that they do this with one good in mind , let them pay for more if they want , but after i pay a lot of money i will get mine money back becouse , such methods to get rich on our backs i wil not tolerate , no mater for me what oppinion other people have , i speak about my money and i work hard for , and i can stand to be rubbed like that , i plan to make a complain agains the studios to see if that is the way to exploit peoples
