EMH Mk I Spawns without EV protection into Nukara

The EMH Mk I that procs from the EMH Mk I Epic Nurse Duty Officer in conjunction with using a Hypo spawns without EV protection in the Nukara Adventure Zone and Nukara: Transdimensional Tactics
Steps to Reproduce:

- Have EMH Mk I slotted into active ground
- Use hypo (tested with large and small variety) on a Nukara Map (tested on Nukara Adventure zone and Nukara: Transdimensional Tactics Elite)
- When the EMH spawns, it will immediately take environmental damage and vaporize after a second

It doesn't need the suit, but it does need to be immune to the damage.
In fact he dies as soon as he turns up.
Is there anyway we can get him in a EV suit then?? Only an ask if its no then no harm no foul lol
Maybe? It worked for Iden on Ha'Dara which was labeled as Class-Y, though the Hirogen seemed fine with it so it is iffy.
But what I was getting at was he doesn't beam in with an EV suit, or some functional equivalent for a hologram.
He's a Hologram. Holograms have been shown to be immune to toxic environments (see 'Friendship One'). Cryptic needs to fix this.
There was an episode of Voyager, "Flesh and Blood", where Iden and then the Doctor made use of the mobile emitter on a class Y planet. If our suits and weapons function fine on the planet, it's safe to assume the mobile emitter would too. He should be made immune so he can function on Nukara.
