  It is every evening at the same time. The time itself shifts a little during the weekend - its a load problem with some provider in the US, i think.
  
  If you can manage to start the launcher (and it doesn't bug during various connection attempts) you can select a proxy server under options. Doesn't matter which one you pick, you will have massive lag but you will be able to log in.
  
  I've seen stuff like this in the past with other games. It usually takes a few months before something like this gets addressed and another few months before it gets fixed.

  Yeah, no matter who you "dare to pester" it with is aiming for the next "its no my job" award. Been for weeks this evening serverkicks. I too just got the boot. Again. Followed its loyal companion: launcher loads forever when trying to get back in. CO, STO; same problem.

  Multiple problems here...
  
  'Trace Route' is showing high Network Latency with the Cogent Boston Hub, so you should open up a ticket with Cryptic so that they can use the information to kick Cogent a few more times to try to get this addressed...
  
  Now Hop #2 (Cable Modem, or the node after the Cable modem) is showing a 70% Packet loss, which is VERY BAD!!!. If a reboot of the Cable Modem does not correct the issue, then you will have to contact your ISP Tech Support, and have them send someone out to take a look at the unit...
