Game does not load at Cryptic screen

I have been trying for over an hour but the game keeps crashing at the black Cryptic screen... I've tried:
Verified the files at the Engage screen
Loading the game from the directory itself instead of using the icon
Rebooting the computer
Verified all Windows updates are complete

I'm running a Dell XPS Laptop 2.4 GHz 16 GB RAM
Display adapter is an NVida GeForce GT 555M
Windows 7

Getting very frustrated!! :mad:

    I had the same problem with one of my chars, tried about a dozen times to no avail.
    That char was last logged out on ESD before the content-patch.

    Other chars in other locations: no problem.

    But just now (early hours, not many people logged in) it works.

    It appears to be a problem with too many ppl on ESD. Try to login at off-hours.
