unable to purchase zen

for some reason when ever i try to use Rixty or any other payment option besides credit card or pay pal it just goes to the select a payment option and most every option is missing I have tried this thru arc and the website on my own computer, my wifes ( her account), my daughters account and all get the same thing


i have also linked a screen shot to show what i am talking about. I would have submitted a ticket thru the support section but it redirect incorrectly it says.

    I am having the same problem, had used rixty in the last 2 months and now all is gone. let me know if u find anything out. i will do the same. i will send a trouble ticket and see if i get answer.

    is the reply from customer service I think this is a BS move on their part and hope that they change their mind on not accepting other forms of payment then basically their own gift cars, pay pal or credit cards. I also feel they need to update the arc website to no longer show any other options then the ones they now accept.

    I also discovered this, much to my dismay, a couple of weeks ago in Neverwinter. It confused me at first because obviously, they haven't updated any of the forms (in-game or website), so I spent a few days thinking it was a bug, talking to Support, before finally, one of them told me that PWE no longer accepted any mobile payments. Interesting that the first-responders at Support obviously didn't know about it either.

    I think this should have been announced properly, rather than just stopping cold like that. Even if it was a business move and couldn't be easily announced in advance or whatever, SOME acknowledgement of the situation would have been/still be appropriate.

    The sad thing is, I used to spend quite a lot of money on Neverwinter. Not huge amounts, but for me it was quite a lot, and the only way I can do that is through BOKU or ZONG (because my wife would kill me if she saw those transactions on my bank statement! :D So the net result is, I'm screwed for the little bits and pieces I need in NW, and PWE lose my money. :-/

    very dissapointed they dropped the mobile options cause its the ONLY way i will pay for ZEN, and in a game where alot of the new content is paid for i wont be able to get it which eventually will lead me to loose interest in the game and probly go looking for something else...... :mad:
