Cannot login - slow patcher - rubberbanding - German user

So, the launcher takes about 5 minutes before it comes up to where I can login.
Login takes about another 5 minutes.
Characters coming up take about 3-8 minutes.
The play option takes another couple of minutes.
Selecting a character and choosing play times out, then you are brought back to the ingamne login again (after launcher).
This commenced about 5 days ago, before that I had no issues.
I am in Germany like the other users, and am on the Deutsche Telekom network.

    So i am not the only one with this problem :rolleyes:

    I try to login for 2 hours now with no success.

    No differences trying on other places, restarting internet / pc or other pcs / laptops. Tried at a friends house 10km away but still nothing.

    Also German User with Telekom...

    Same here; except for the rubberbanding, that was two days ago can't log in to see if I have it again.

    looks good - but game is unplayable - in every stf i can not control my ship at all - login / "patching control" takes ages, rubberbanding on ground an in sector space

    I have the same problem since Friday. Changing Proxy did not work at all
