2 out of 3 Breen ships does not give discount

Got all 3 Breen ships today on different characters, Chel Grett and Plesh Brek didn't unlock discount for other toons. Could be nice to see the fix before event's end though somehow I doubt dear Cryptic can do it since 3 weeks weren't enough for them =(

    I hope they fix this before the end, or at least extend the ability to redeem them until it is fixed after the event.

    Yep just got done grinding two characters for the chel gret and plesh brek and no discount for any of my others. Hope this gets fixed fast

    I am not receiving a discount on the breen raider on my other toons as promised when I completed the project on one of my toons.

    Please refund all the lobi, ECs and Dilithium I spent getting this ship.

    I now have wait around for Cryptic to fix this bug which means THERE WAS NO POINT IN SPENDING THESE RESOURCES IN THE FIRST PLACE!

    I want a refund - you did not deliver what was promised which was getting the ship quicker!

    Same issue. No discount on the Raider. Haven't got the Chel Grett yet.

    Oh joy! And I am grinding all 3 ships at once on different characters which means two of them, engis who fly escorts and cruisers, will now be flying either an escort or a cruiser as one is grinding one of each so the other could get it at the discount.
    Wow. There is a new KDF Science ship. I'll be!

    I'm having the same problem, just got my Breen Plesh Brek Raider for one of my toons then after trying to buy one on another toon, lo and behold, I didn't get the discount so I've checked every toon on my account with no luck.

    I've tried slotting the project then cancelling to see if that sorts it but to no avail.

    Tomorrow, I get enough 'Q' photos for the cruiser and carrier and I'm willing to bet, I'll get the same problem for the cruiser so I'll submit my bug reports then (for all the good it will do me)

    As the event ends on Jan 15th, I haven't enough time to grind for the ships on my other characters and the likelihood of this being fixed any time soon is pretty small.

    Had the same thing happen to me too. The new one went just as advertised. The neither old ones unlocked the discount, even on the toon that just got them. They were all started this year, nothing old leftover from previous years.

    I just got the Chell Gret on my Romulan and none of my other characters can get the discount. They all say 1000 pics are needed in the progress bar. Account: @tazurensavulen

    Having this issue as well and this is my first year playing

    I made 2 new characters to run the reputation projects so I could claim all 3 ships on my main character. I completed all three projects today, and claimed each ship individually.

    I'm getting the discount on the Sarr Theln Carrier on all three characters. I'm not getting the discount for the Plesh Brek Heavy Raider or the Chel Grett Warship on ANY characters, including the two that claimed those ships.

    I too got the breen chel gret and it will not unlock for any of my other characters, @Pinkscarab

    Just completed all three ships today for 1000 pics. Only the new ship is discounted for all three toons. The alts dont even get a discount for the ship they just claimed today. If you do the math I would guess most people will start completing this project around now or the next day or so...

    Hopefully the increased number of FURIOUS HORDES of people wanting their ships will light a fire under Cryptics butt to get this issue fixed.

    Yup, the same for Plesh and Chell. Grinding for nothing is my favorite holiday work, thanks Cryptic!

    Okay, I was already aware of the Chell Grett issue since mine was from prior to the introduction of the reputation system but the issue with the plesh? That concerns me as I didn't get the plesh last year and I'm only a couple days away from getting both the carrier and the plesh on two different toons and not all of us have enough lobi stored up to get a head start on another 1k project.

    Romulans didn't get a discount at all, done all 3 long ship projects today, and my romulan captain cant start a short 40 marks (Plesh Brek & Chell Grett) projects.

    I have the same problem, I have opened the Chel Grett on one character, the Plesh Brek on another and the Sarr Theln on a third, my other characters can get the Sarr Theln for 40 but the others are still saying 1000, this is a shame as I was hoping to get the Sarr Theln and the Plesh Brek to unlock them as a hanger pet :(

    same issue, tho only with the Chel Grett

    - raider costed 40x from the beginning ( got from prev winter )

    - carrier that i just unlocked gave discount appropriately

    I've been playing various PWE Games for years... I bought the life time membership and over the last 5 years I've spent a few thousand dollars on zen...

    And now I grab the one ship I really want on several toons (Plesh Brek Raider) and the only toon that can get it is the one toon who doesn't need it...

    All I can say is I'm not spending another dime on any PWE game till this is fixed...

    Unlocked the carrier on a fed - working on rom and fed
    unlocked warship on fed - not working on either
    unlocked raider on rom - not working on either

    breen cruiser works fine...carrier works fine...but the one i wanted the most the raider..the escort frigate one for hangers and stuff..it doesnt work....i worked my butt off for it.....i feel like ive been slapped in the face... ;_;.....this has been an issues since the winter event was started....how is it still a problem? usually there very fast on fixing these issues.....how is it still a problem?:confused::confused:

    I like to say i got this bug also

    i posted a ticket with pics with ref id 141228-000362

    I hope you guys fix this bug before end of event or may find a lot of angry customers who may quit costing you countless money in sales.

    same here, unlocked the ships on differnt toons
    discount only applies to the carrier neither the Warship nor the Raider

    Same. Unlocked all three today on different toons for 1000 each and only the new T6 unlocked account wide for 40. Please fix.

    I've only been playing since June 2014 (though LTS since pre-launch early access), so this is my first winter/summer event. As such, I have never owned any of the other breen ships.

    Today is the day I get to unlock 1 of each across 4 characters. I unlocked the carrier on my fed, the cruiser on my kdf, and the heavy raider on my romulan/kdf. The carrier is discounted to 40 autographs on the other characters, but the cruiser/heavy raider still cost 1000 autographs across all characters.

    On the 4th character (also fed), he has 1000 autographs with all 3 projects available to him...all 3 ships technically should be 40 autographs each for him, but it's the same as the others (40 for carrier, 1000 for the rest).

    Obviously this bug isn't limited to those who unlocked the ship(s) before the reputation system was added, as I am practically a new player and this is my first winter/summer event. I would have thought I'd be one of those most likely not to encounter this unfortunate bug.

    I already had the chel grett on all my toons from last year. I did the carrier on one toon, raider on the other. Carrier is giving the discount. Raider is not. Hope it's fixed with next patch.

    If you got Warship and/or Raider from LAST years then you'll recieve the discount, if you got Warship and/or Raider in THIS year then you'll not get the discount.

    I unlocked the 3 ships today, on 2 Fed and 1 KDF character.

    Like most others, I am seeing the discount for the carrier on other characters but the other 2 ships are not giving the discount.

    I do hope Cryptic will make a public statement soon about fixing this.

    If they can't get the discount code to work properly they should just do a database search and when they see one character on an account has the ship they should just give it to every other character automatically.

    You know how long it takes to do a comparison query over billions of entries? Not to mention the logistics of checking inventory and ship slots, then checking inventory space for empty slot if adding or checking mailbox space for mailing..etc. This would break the game further potentially and leave more tickets to sift through.

    How about leaving the solutions to the actual programmers? lol. They've done it before so it should be like that..talking to a NPC that queries your character for the item then applies the global unlock or item to your character. Clean and simple.

    Not sure why they haven't bothered to do this already. But, then again, I shouldn't be surprised since they still haven't fixed the search function on Exchange to work properly and that's been broken since..oh..beta.

    I got raider and carrier to have discount but cruiser no luck. :confused:
