    and i still wanna know how they're managing to spawn on ESD...so i can go annoy quinn with my ferasan in his bugged-to-wear-anywhere banana-yellow swimtrunks

    This one here is hillarious.

    KDF's are always jumping at the chance to do that and keep telling FED players (just jump instance quit whining) where we were able to go to Qo'Nos, yet that particular bug has happend ONCE (that I know of) to starfleet...

    There was NEVER more whining than that day... "Bwwwhaaaa... feddies are killing my NPC's... BAN THEM".
    Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...
    Let me put the rumors to rest: it's definitely still the C-Store (Cryptic Store) It just takes ZEN.

    ^^this please.I always wanted a full scale war on esd :D If you think 1 gorn and 1 orion is everything I want to see you when we call reinforcements :D

    P.S. Remember that most kdf players are also pvp players :D

    It's one one thing I enjoyed in Wow, some rogue in stormwind killing the npc's, I always used to try hunt them down and 90% of the time I died but it was fun at the time when I would run in to a group of them going to kill the king
    How I picture a lot of the forumites :P

    Oh really? For it to be an exploit the player doing this has to gain something of value from it,and as far as I can tell....the only thing they get from it is some fun....which is,I'll admit,of great value in the current game as there is none to be found elsewhere.

    Give the relevant NPC's a million HP and damage, and kills by them count at being Elite difficulty for causing injuries. Let the problem solve itself.

    No. It still works. Like I said before the EXACT SAME method from the first year STILL works. And it is NOT going to get fixed either, because fixing it costs more than simply having the Devs patrol and trigger ban. The simple rule of any business is that you always go with whatever option costs less money.

    Mind that last time, it took several days before the Devs even noticed it (when it was Feds on Qo'noS), but this is vandalizing on their primary faction's turf, and likely won't be allowed to stand.
    It was never fixed. Last year (or the year before, can't remember), it was crazy. NPC were killed or bumped somewhere else all the time (Quinn in club 47 for example). Cryptic get mad, banned a bunch of people and made a sticky saying you would be banned if you did that ever again.

    That's how they handled the "bug exploit". They said we could still use it, but we would be banned if we did. Players stopped doing it, sticky was removed. Now, it's forgotten, but the bug is still here.

    On the other hand, the tau dewa patrol "bug" was fixed in a few days, and we even had an emergency lock of the entire area to wait for the hotfix.
    I guess we are still not killing the other faction NPC in main hub 17 times faster than intended.

    give NPCs killer weapons and it will be solved.
    Once I went to Captain table and ended up in ESD. How this happened? I don't know still.
    Grinding for MkIV epic gear?
