The breen carrier will fill a hole ( slightly ) but, its not romulan by design.
Yes I agree the Romulan do need a full carrier. This is why I'm going after the Breen carrier with mine. So I have a carrier other than the Obelisk to choose from. I was going to the Jem Dread, but that goal is just out of reach for now. So the Breen will make a fine ship to use.

Yea, RIGHT (Rolling the Eyes). I have the fleet dreadnought on a fed, and a fleet Arkif on a Rom. The Arkif is No Dreadnought. It doesn't even compare... even with elite Scorpions added. It's a Tactical Warbird with a hanger, end of story.

I can't help but wonder what you are talking about. The guy never said the FARK was a dreadnought, because it clearly isn't. The closest that ship would match would be the FHEC as far as I know, which also doesn't compare to a dreadnought...because it isn't one, much like the dreadnought isn't an escort carrier.
