considering , its done in fun , i dont think so but i dont really know . i made the AL picture a while back when the wig pic was posted on twitter , which i took and put him in a starfleet uniform . and never got any flack from it i got smirk to make a lol comment . if asked i will change it no problem

I would still remove it before a moderator gets his hands on it.
So far we have been using metaphores, which is okay. However, it is entirely possible to see this as a personal assault on a developer. I can understand that it is made in fun. The question is if every single moderator can. It might get pass a few, but just one mod has to judge this is against the EULA/ToS/whatever, and you risk putting an end to

Why would they do that? There is freedom to state one's opinion even if the company is "privately" owned.
They can close an individual reply for being too "spicy" but NOT the whole thread. At least hoping there is some sort of ethical and respectful discord accepted by mods.
Hey Cryptic, perhaps you ought to rephrase your desperate message to: "We (Cryptic) are deluding the publicity, that our recent released expansion is the greatest but, we just want to embezzle our customer's money."
