Error 118 - Launcher

Started up my launcher to get into the game today and all I am getting is this:

Error -118 when loading url http://www.arcgames.com/en/news/star-trek-online

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    Well they did have maintnance today that just now finished. Other than that if you have it trough ARC then that might be the culprit, try launching it without ARC.

    Not through arc is not the cause.... bad patch this is.
