Didn't geko said that the xp was wrong in the patrols and that they going to fix it ???
Hope next time the will ask what year its going to be fix it !!
Access to Rom Civilian, Rom Survivor, Undine Armor, Talaxian Dress...no standard armor/kit stuff to try to match that up. Hrmmm, welll then.
They can use the formal romulan uniform and romulan veteran pieces. Doesn't seem to be intended but it is there. Also they can use the dyson uniform and probably any other uniform you have unlocked that works on a regular romulan boff.
Mm, can't wait until the Delta Mark fix hits holodeck - my KDF Klingon who's spearheading the Delta Rep (to unlock sponsership tokens for my other characters to use) will be most grateful.

^Words that every player should keep in mind, especially whenever there's a problem with the game...
Tribble is being brought down for maintenance to update it to build ST.46.20141123a.5
General:
Delta Mark boxes now auto-unpack upon receiving them instead of being placed into the inventory.
Level 45 Captains are able to equip crafted Mark 12 items and items upgraded to Mark 12.
Embassy Romulan Bridge Officers can now have their uniforms customized in the Tailor.
These uniform options will not include faction specific uniforms such as Starfleet uniforms.
This also repairs all Embassy Romulan Bridge Officers which have already been purchased.
Additional improvements to ensure Gold and Ultrarare Duty Officers properly improve Success and Critical Success chances on assignments, relative to their quality level.
The Voyager bridge interior options have been added to the Fleet Long Range Science Vessel Retrofit and the Fleet Long Range Science Vessel Retrofit [T5-U].
Club Wear:
Gorn now have the correct Club Boots.
Club Pants now work for Gorn.
Shiny option now available for Female Club Skirt.
Soft Boots have been removed from Club Wear options.
Known Issues:
Hyper-Dual Refracting Tetryon Beam Banks do not gain their Epic mod upon reaching Epic quality.
The PvE queue Defend Rhlhho Station does not reward 10 Marks when failing in Advanced or Elite mode.
Wheres the known issue= People have more fun in forums than in game? LOL

Frankly they should just give a serious boost to experience form all sources so that people can level in a way that is enjoyable to them, no more of this artificial rubbish that we have now.

I no longer do any Bug Hunting work for Cryptic. I may resume if a serious attempt to fix the game is made.

But if they did that then people might stop playing patrol missions in the Delta Quadrant, and we can't have that! Are you crazy? :P

YAY
So from what I have read through this thread I am to understand this does NOT, include the Romulan Republic uniforms...i.e. the proper uniforms of the faction from which we are getting these exchange officers since logically, they aren't Starfleet officers, so they would have to be Republic officers, since the whole point is it's an Embassy to the Romulan Republic.
Cryptic, excellent move to make them customizable, now it's time to go the Full Monty, and let us have the Republic Uniforms on my Republic Exchange BOFFs, in the same way the Starfleet Liaison officers get to wear their Starfleet uniforms and the Klingon Liaison Officers get their Klingon uniforms.

I can't disagree with that statement.
To be clear, unlike a lot of people apparently, I like the Delta Quadrant patrol missions, they generally make sense for the storyline offer a little diplomacy, a little dialogue and shooting. My beef with them is that they are physically unplayable with all the immense vicious lag. I haven't even died from the lag. It just takes so blasted slagging long to actually maintain fire on a target to kill them and move on. I usually don't see the massive physical bugs and glitches that so many people have to deal with, my power tray for instance currently works perfectly and has worked perfectly for eight or nine months, but the lag...oh I felt that full force.
Another problem? No dilithium reward. Even if it was just a daily wrap around it would make it more worth my while. I appreciate the mark rewards for the normal missions, but dilithium makes the galaxy go round. Again, you created massive sinks, dilithium black holes even, but dialed back the dilithium earnings.

I have nothing against the Delta patrol missions, my issue is with the terrible 'funnelling' of players into these missions. If I want to play them, I will. But I should also be able to get an equivalent amount of XP for an equivalent amount of effort/time doing any other piece of content I want to play at any given time.
I ran a check the other day and Argala patrol rewarded marginally more in 5 minutes than doing a full run of the Undine Space BZ. As of tomorrow, it will reward double that. Yet it takes a fraction of the time... And the devs complained *we* were exploiting patrol missions...

Didn't see this one, but then again I didn't get on until late. So no new Voyager Interior for those who had purchased the Refined DIL Intrepid Class. Out of luck I see, I haven't check but it wasn't mention?
Are you sure the KDF can wear Club Wear I did take a look yesterday at the home world and the options where still locked.

Now that's done, which should have been a long time ago, but whatever, can you un-nerf the mark events with daily boxes ? Unless you just needed an excuse to nerf the daily boxes without too much whine.

Definitely a step in the good direction. Now, if you can allow (limited) customization on the Breen, the Reman, the Jem'Hadar, the potato guy Boff, that would be perfect.

Yes it does.....Would look a lot better.

Being as I use those two sets quite frequently, I sure have.
As far as I can tell they're the only three ground energy weapons that don't interact properly.
Still no mention in the Known Issues.
So agree...
True, watching the sigmeme take off was the most fun I've had in STO in two months
