It would be logical for KDF to have a Tier 6 (intel) BoP, Tier 6 carrier (as in full-on 2 hangar bay Vo'quv like carrier), possibly some sort of Nausicaan, Gorn and Orion Tier 6 ships as well. (I'm not even holding out hope for Ferasan and Lethean ships anymore.)
It would be logical for Romulans to have a Tier 6 more science heavy warbird. (Sorry, I kinda don't see more NEED for Romulan ships at Tier 6 as: Fast agile tac warbird? Check - Faeht. Engineer-heavy warbird cruiser? Check - Aelahl.) Perhaps some Reman design for that 'sciency' warbird, it could also open a door for more ships with a Reman design.
FEDs have a cruiser, science ship(s) and an escort at tier 6. And even a battlecruiser. So they have all that's logical for them to have.
But given the game's reality, FEDs willl probably get a Tier 6 carrier before even the KDF. Heck maybe even a raider. And Romulans, well, they may get another tac heavy warbird if the devs feel generous.
(Note: Also given the inequalities between relistic and even my proposed numbers of Tier 6 ships, I am of the opinion ship traits should be somehow unlockable cross-faction.)
