Soooo...any new kdf/rom ships on the horizon?

As the title says, I was wondering if anyone knows of a kdf/rom faction teir 6 ship that is planned on being released in the coming month or so?
Obviously they cater to the feds because of the shear number of them, but would it at all be possible to not make it quite as obvious? I mean the feds now have more faction specific ships at teir 6 than kdf and roms combined, and the others could REALLY use a sci ship of some sort.

no, we have two, thats probably it for the rest of the year... feds will get one every two to three months.
if I stop posting it doesn't make you right it. just means I don't have enough rum to continue interacting with you.
I wouldn't expect to see any new KDF-specific ships for a while.

and Mat'ha ran circles around anyone. But you right , one more ship can't hurt, it could be a hybrid KDF/RR science ship (with reman design?)
Okay seriously now, cryptic is actively trolling the other one and a half factions. Three sci ships on the fed side and none for the others. :mad:

...which is why I stopped purchasing Fed ships a while back. I bought 3 ship upgrade tokens off of the exchange for the ones I have, but I'm not spending any zen on that faction unless Cryptic starts turning out some KDF/Rom content.
The 'Blood of the Empire' series was awesome, and we saw a lot of new stuff for the KDF around that time...new storyline mission series just for us, a few new ships for each tier, a fancy bat'leth that I still use...it was a good time to be KDF, and it made me spend a lot of money buying the KDF ships.
It could be again, Cryptic...

we have had 3 ships in a few months... the only ships we have had in years... so try to think about how many time (years) we will wait for a new ship! :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

I was so worried this morning though because I logged in and because I was doing stuff in the game I had to log out quick because anything I did was probably an exploit so now I am probably banned for life.

There are two ship traits in the specialization tree (one in Pilot, and a standard/improved in Intel). Also, the winter event ship is listed as being Sarr Theln Carrier [T6] in the set bonuses of the previous Breen Winter Event ships, so virtually assured as being Tier 6.
I do want more T6 ships, as well as fleet versions of the current, but filling the gaps in ship lines and triats doesn't seem to be a priority for Cryptic.
Getting those Ship Traits from the Spec Trees is a problem ever since the XP nerfs, I mean *game enhancements*. If you weren't well into leveling & specialization when Tau Dewa Patrols got nerfed as well as anything related to XPs, you're kind of screwed now.
Even then, that's not exactly a faction specific thing. Those same 2 starship traits your Fed characters can have also.
Counting Starship Mastery Traits alone, my Fed TAC has all the faction T6 ones already. That's SIX from faction ships only. I have way more ship mastery traits than I can slot. Then I look at the Rom & KDF toons and there's gaping wide openings unless you fork out for T6 Lobi/Lockbox.
I respectfully disagree. Both the KDF and RR need at least 2 more ships per faction - a science ship for both + a BoP for KDF and somenthing.....anything not completely uber-tactical for RR.
Or I'd go even with a T6 Carrier instead of a T6 sicence ship for the KDF, since we used to be the "carrier faction" and because many of us will be able to utilize a T6 BoP in a science role.
I second this notion.
I could literally be fine with kdf getting no more T6 ships if they got a Intel BoP and a Gorn T6 Support Vessel (kdf's fancy word for science vessel).

Just to clarify - there basically already is an intel T'Varo, for all intents and purposes that's the Faeht. The Faeht is basically a bit less sturdy T'Varo but with intel abilities.
And also you don't need the 2 console set to get the destabilized plasma torpedo - you only need the console from the T5 T'Varo to have the big red torpedo of TOS doom. The console set gives you bonuses for projectile weapons and damage.
