  This just happened to me twice in a row, once in the Sirius sector block, and then again in Omega Leonis sector block

  Yup, I can confirm this happening to me as well, on multiple characters, over the past week or so.

  This happens EVERY time I do the Beta Ursae encounter.

  I completed a 2-man CSE, ISE, and KASE, Optionals included. And I soloed Winter Invasion.

  Already posted here and here, seems to be a common problem, not only for Beta Ursae.

  This happen in the Orellius sector block as well - have sent in bug report twice no responce for Devs, they need to fix it or pull it until they fix it !"!
