  You get a 500 ZEN stipend every month. If you just got your lifetime sub, that stipend will not start until the same day your sub was purchased the following month.

  You do not say where you are looking to see the increase. The only place where you will see a zen balance is in game in either the store or the dilithium exchange. This should increase by 500 each month but if you are contsantly playing the markets it will be easy to miss its arrival.

  I purchased my Lifetime membership 2 years ago and I have never received any Zen. I do not play the market, so it is not that I am missing it.

  submit a support ticket. I preordered the game and purchased lifetime then , (Jan2010). I stopped playing the game before it went F2P. I noted no zen in my account and contacted support.
  
  
  note: you will not see Zen on any support page,Arc page, nor Cstore page. You can only see your Zen in the game.
  
  
  
  Support replied notified me I was due my Zen installment in the 14th of each month. I checked my Zene in the Cstore in game and had 16,500 zen .
