Cannot Connect to Login Server

The server is up on the launcher however once I get to connecting to server in game to load the character screen it times out, I have tried restarting the program a few times, is anyone else seeing this?

    Had the same issue a few days back..

    Close client.
    Close Arc <-- Make sure it's closed completely. (If you got it)
    Wait a minute or two.
    Log back in.

    had that issue tonight, got timed out connecting to the game server.
    Murphy's laws:
    1- Murphy’s Law tells us that anything that can go wrong will go wrong.
    2- And anything that does go wrong will get progressively worse.
    3- And if you survive the first two laws it’s time to panic.

    Had the same problem last night, gave up after about 50 tries. Now the launcher won't even load, "Unable to Establish Connection to Patch Server."
