First off: If you have an item that you want to trade, use the exchange, or the ingame trade chat channels.
Secondly: Spamming, aka. "up"ing a thread is against ToS.
what about ur thread hijacking..
its not thread hijacking if its on topic. instead of making another thread about wanting to trade something, he posted in a similar topic that wasnt 30 days or older, so it wasnt. now, coming in and talking about DR is hijacking.
also, its not hijacking if he's handing a friendly warning about the rules, breaks the rules too much in one thread and it might get closed, and thus less likely to get what yoru wanting.
though knowing the greed of the average STO player, you'll be lucky if you can get someone to trade it to you under Exchange cost.
First off: I was on topic... Sucks for you, if you don't like the answer.
But even if it were, It would still be better than random childish abuse of the forums.
